Your document may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • It’s expired or damaged
  • The data is incomplete or hard to read
  • The photo is blurry, dark, or reflective
  • The edges are missing or the document is cropped
  • You uploaded an invalid file (e.g. screenshot or handwritten note)

? Solution: Please upload your document again – make sure it’s clear, complete, and valid.
