What counts as proof of address ?

If your ID document doesn’t show your address or the address can’t be confirmed, we’ll need a valid proof of address.

✅ Accepted documents:

  • Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, landline)
  • Bank statement with name, address, and date
  • Registration certificate
  • Official letter (e.g. from the tax office or job center)

? Not accepted:

  • Screenshots
  • Mobile phone bills
  • Payslips
  • Insurance documents

? Important:

Upload it in color and fully visible – no cropped edges or blurry images

The document must show your full name, address, and a clearly visible issue date

It must be no older than 6 months
