? Technical issue or connection error Sometimes a simple refresh does the trick. Please reload the page or log out and back in again. If you’re using our app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
? Bet slip wasn’t submitted correctly A bet is only considered placed once you receive a confirmation. If you didn’t see a confirmation, the bet might not have gone through. In that case, you can simply place it again.
? Filters applied in your overview In your “My Bets” section, you can apply filters – for example, to show only open or settled bets. Please check if a filter is hiding your bet slip.
⏳ Delay in displaying the bet In rare cases, it may take a few minutes for your bet slip to appear in the system – especially during high traffic. Please be patient and try refreshing the page later.
❌ Bet was cancelled or rejected If a bet wasn’t accepted due to technical or regulatory reasons, it won’t appear in your overview.
? Not logged in or session expired Make sure you’re logged into your account. If you’ve been inactive for a while, your session may have expired – just log in again and check.
